Augusta Ranch Self Storage is a state of the art storage facility located in the heart of the Augusta Ranch community, recently ranked in the top ten Phoenix-area Master Planned Communities based on home closings. Augusta Ranch Self Storage is strategically located at one of the busiest intersections in Phoenix’s East Valley (over 20,000 cars per day) and directly adjacent to Children’s World Learning Center (Aramark) and a soon to be constructed Osco Drug. This commercial corner’s visibility will only continue to thrive with the completion of the San Tan Freeway one half mile away with a full interchange at Guadalupe Road.
Recent commercial developments that have occurred in the area include an Albertson’s anchored neighborhood center (1 mile north), a Safeway anchored commercial center (1 mile north) and Home Depot (1.5 miles north).
